I did change a few things, though. Used 1 C cider, 1/4 C maple syrup, replaced brown sugar with maple sugar, added 1/2 C diced apple and 1/2 C cinnamon bits, and 2 tsps. dough enhancer. I did it by hand: heated cider and butter to 110 degrees, dissolved yeast and brown sugar in and let it sit for 10 min. Then added dry ingredients, let rise and bake.
